Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us first
Before returning an item, please contact us by email at info@lingerie-wolf.com and specify:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
2. Return the goods
Once you have received confirmation from us, please send the item(s) back to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

No refund or only a partial refund may be granted if returned items have been worn, washed, damaged or show signs of use.
