How can I find products in my size?
To see only items that are available in your size, please use both filters:
- Select your size under the Size filter
- Additionally, select In stock under the Availability filter
If you only select your size, products that are already sold out in that size may still appear.
How are sizes shown in the online shop?
All sizes in our online shop are shown either as EU/DE sizes (e.g. 36, 38, 40, …) or as international sizes (e.g. S, M, L, XL, …).
To make sure you order the right size, please check our Size Guide before purchasing.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Luxembourg, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal (mainland), Spain (mainland), Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, you can visit our store in Pétange, Luxembourg. You can also choose Click & Collect during checkout.
