By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one published on our website at the time of purchase.

Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

Shipping

We currently ship to Luxembourg, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal (mainland), Spain (mainland), Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Free shipping is applied automatically once your order reaches the required minimum amount.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that deliveries to islands, remote areas and regions outside mainland Portugal and mainland Spain may be excluded or subject to additional shipping charges.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Before returning an item, please contact us by email at info@lingerie-wolf.com and provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@lingerie-wolf.com.

No refund or only a partial refund may be granted if returned items have been worn, washed, damaged or show signs of use.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Sizes displayed in our online shop are shown either as EU/DE sizes (e.g. 36, 38, 40, …) or international sizes (e.g. S, M, L, XL, …), depending on the brand and product type.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Liability

Lingerie Wolf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where required by applicable law.
