The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts that the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") concludes with the company "Lingerie Wolf S.à r.l." . With the order you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without notice. The version of the General Conditions of Sale applicable to your order is the one that is on the site at the time you place your order.

Shipping fees

In case of delivery additional charges may apply and will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

Return and refund

You have the right to return the goods to us within fourteen days. The return period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

Return and refund steps

1) Before returning the goods, inform us by sending an e-mail to lingeriewolf@pt.lu. Specify the goods you wish to return and indicate the order number.

2) Once you have received a response from us, ship the goods to our returns address using a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the return costs.

3) As soon as we have received your return, we will refund your payments including delivery costs. The refund will be made to the same payment method that you used for the transaction.
No refund or only a partial refund could be granted if:
The goods have been used, washed or damaged in your possession.
